  • RETURN/EXCHANGE Policy: 

We are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take back the product. We have a generous 7-day no-questions-asked return policy.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Surat for processing of reward points.

  • Cancellation Policy: 

RUDRAKSH FASHION allows you to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order kindly once check the terms of the cancellation.

  • If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order.
  • Order once moved to shipped, it can not be canceled.
  • In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped - you will be issued a refund within 7 days of the cancellation order. If you do not get your amount within 7 days of cancellation you can reach us at perfectlifestyle75@gmail.com
